Delete your Boleto account
You can permanently delete your account from inside the app in under a minute. No emails, no phone calls - just four taps.
Before you delete
- Cancel any upcoming bookings first. Deletion is blocked while you still have active upcoming appointments - as a customer or as a business.
- Businesses: withdraw your earnings. Make sure your available balance is paid out before deleting.
- Deletion is permanent. Signing up again later with the same email or phone starts a completely fresh account.

Go to the Account tab
Open the Boleto app and tap Account in the bottom-right corner.

Open Settings
Tap the gear icon in the top corner of the Account screen.

Tap “Delete account”
Scroll to the bottom of Settings and tap the red Delete account option.

Confirm deletion
Review the notice and confirm. Your account is deleted immediately - this cannot be undone.
What happens to your data
Deleted right away
- Your login - you are signed out everywhere and can no longer sign in
- Your name, email, phone number, and profile photo
- Your saved lists and notification tokens
- Photos you uploaded (profile and review photos)
- For businesses: your business profile is taken offline and your verification documents (ID, selfie, registration papers) are deleted
Kept (anonymized)
- Past bookings are kept as anonymized records - they no longer link to you
- Invoices for completed paid bookings are retained for financial record-keeping
- Payment and payout records we are legally required to keep

Can't access the app?
If you no longer have the app or can't sign in, email us at support@boleto-app.com from the email address registered to your account and we will delete it for you within 7 days.
