Frequently asked questions

How do I cancel or reschedule a booking?

Open the booking in Bookings and use Cancel or Reschedule. Both are free up to 2 hours before the appointment start time. Within 2 hours, contact the business directly.

When do I get my refund?

When you cancel an eligible paid booking, the online payment is refunded automatically to the card you paid with. How fast it appears depends on your bank - typically 3 to 10 business days.

My payment went through but the booking shows as unpaid.

Give it a minute - confirmation arrives from the payment gateway and the booking flips to confirmed automatically. If it still looks wrong after 15 minutes, email us with your booking reference and we will sort it out. You are never charged without a confirmed slot.

How do I list my business on Boleto?

Download the app, choose I'm a business at sign-up, and follow the setup wizard: business details, photos, location, hours, and services. After a quick verification your business goes live.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Account › Settings › Delete account. See the step-by-step guide.

I'm not receiving notifications or reminders.

Check Account › Settings › Notifications in the app - there is a built-in troubleshooting section that can send you a test notification. Also make sure notifications are allowed for Boleto in your phone's settings.
